We handle every order with the same attention to detail we give to shaping a board. From our workshop in San Leandro to your doorstep, we’re committed to getting your gear to you efficiently and safely.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our crew gets to work. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your items for shipment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We ship globally (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia). Please see below for our shipping options:

Standard Shipping

Carrier: DHL or FedEx

Cost: $12.95 (flat rate)

Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Recommended for faster, trackable delivery.

Free Shipping

Carrier: EMS

Cost: FREE on orders over $50

Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

A great option for those not in a rush.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. You can track your order at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and are determined by your local customs authority.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

Just as we shape each board with intention, we stand behind every product that leaves our San Leandro workshop. We want you to be stoked with your gear, whether it’s a new R-Series board, a piece of wall art, or the perfect hat for dawn patrol. If something isn’t right, our crew is here to help make it right.

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when it was shipped
  • In its original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact
  • Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation

🛑 Important Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items

Based on the nature of our products and to ensure the safety and integrity of our gear, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • *Used Boards*: All used surfboards are sold as-is, with condition clearly described. Due to their unique history and prior use, we cannot accept returns.
  • Surf Books: For copyright and hygiene reasons, books are final sale once opened.
  • Wall Art: Custom or opened wall art is non-returnable due to the personal nature of the product.
  • Personalized or Custom Orders: Any item that has been customized, personalized, or made-to-order specifically for you.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

If a non-returnable item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos.

The Return & Exchange Process: Step-by-Step

1 Initiate Your Request

Email our crew at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the template below to make sure you give us all the info we need to help you quickly.

2 Receive Instructions

We’ll reply within 48 hours (usually faster) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your return. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.

3 Pack It Up

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, or equivalent protective materials. Include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.

4 Ship It Back

Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5 Inspection & Processing

Once received at our workshop, our crew will inspect the item. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange.

About Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will ship the replacement item once the original return is received and inspected.

  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference plus any additional shipping.
  • If it’s of lower value, we will refund the difference.

Refunds: Timing & Method

We handle refunds with the same attention to detail we give to glassing a board.

Timing

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to receive and inspect your return. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Notification

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective merchandise.

⏱️ Processing Note: Depending on your bank or PayPal’s policies, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we process it.
