• Surfers of all levels seeking performance and heritage equipment.
• Collectors and enthusiasts interested in unique collaborations, wall art, and surf books.
• Individuals valuing craftsmanship, authenticity, and the surf culture lifestyle.
• Customers located in our global shipping regions (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia).

Our website reflects a clean, authentic, and community-focused style, mirroring the intentionality of our craft.

2. Your Account & User Obligations

To place an order, you may need to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing a valid email address for order confirmations and communications.
• Ensuring your delivery address is correct and accessible by our carriers (DHL, FedEx, EMS).

3. Products & Services Description

• New Surfboards (R-Series & Collaborations): Handcrafted with precision in our San Leandro workshop.
• *Used Boards*: Sold “as-is” with condition clearly described. These are unique items with prior use and are final sale.
• Apparel & Accessories (Hats, T-Shirts, Fins): Designed for surf life and durability.
• Lifestyle Goods (Wall Art, Surf Books, Gifts): Curated items celebrating surf culture.

Key Product Policies:

• All products are subject to availability. Images are for illustrative purposes; actual colors may vary slightly.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to their nature, the following are final sale unless damaged on arrival: Used Boards, opened Surf Books, custom Wall Art, Personalized/Custom Orders, and Clearance items.

4. Ordering, Payment & Pricing

Placing an Order:

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept it only when we send an order confirmation email.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Visa, MasterCard, JCB
• PayPal

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Shipping Costs & Methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment (1-2 day processing).
• Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by their country.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Your Responsibilities

We handle every order with care, but once the carrier takes possession, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. It is your responsibility to:

• Provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
• Monitor your tracking information (sent via email).
• Be available to accept the delivery or arrange for pickup per carrier instructions.
• Pay any applicable international customs charges directly to the authorities.

We ship globally but cannot deliver to some remote regions and parts of Asia. If your region is not serviceable, your order will be canceled and refunded.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We stand behind our gear. Please see our detailed Shipping & Returns page for the full process.

Highlights:

• Eligibility Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags.
• Process: Initiate by emailing [email protected] within the window. An RMA number is required.
• Costs: Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refund Timing: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, plus 3-10 business days for your bank/PayPal to process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, and the unique shapes of our surfboards—is the intellectual property of Almond Surfboards Store or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. Our brand represents our craft and community; please respect it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Almond Surfboards Store and our crew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the site or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We craft and ship with extreme care, but we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Alameda County, California.
