4. Ordering, Payment & Pricing

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept it only when we send an order confirmation email.

Shipping Costs & Methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment (1-2 day processing).
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by their country.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Your Responsibilities
We handle every order with care, but once the carrier takes possession, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. It is your responsibility to:
- Provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

- Be available to accept the delivery or arrange for pickup per carrier instructions.
- Pay any applicable international customs charges directly to the authorities.
We ship globally but cannot deliver to some remote regions and parts of Asia. If your region is not serviceable, your order will be canceled and refunded.

- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags.

- Costs: Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund Timing: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, plus 3-10 business days for your bank/PayPal to process.
